To His Excellency, the President of the Russian Federation, Mr. Vladimir Putin

Your Excellency, Mr. President,

We express our concern about the transfer of administrative border by Russian military troops into the territory of Georgia, near village Ditsi of Gori district.

This is quite unexpected and painful action for our people, especially against attempts to normalize relations between our countries, which is not easy to solve issue due to a difficult political situation in Georgia.

We hope you will give a correct assessment of the situation and will take appropriate measures for the timely resolution of the situation.
